Email Features - Preferences In the Preferences section of the Email Features menu, you can do the following: Create and Edit Folders - Create, rename or delete a personal folder.
Folder Display - Change the number of messages displayed on each page.
Reading Messages - Change message headers and auto-add addresses to your address book.
Writing Messages - Change your options for writing messages.
Moving / Deleting Messages - Changing actions for moving / deleting messages.
Send and Receive from other Email Addresses - Read and send email from your other email accounts inside of emailMyName.
Create and Edit Folders - Use the fields and buttons to create, delete, or rename your personal folders. For more information, click here.
 Folder Display - Select how many messages per page should be displayed in your Folders by clicking the circle next to 10, 25, 50, or 100
 - Click Save to save your changes, or Cancel to cancel your changes.
Reading Messages - Click the checkboxes to toggle the following options:
View email faster: Block Images and External Objects in the email I read - Check this option to display the message faster by blocking the images from loading or any external code that may be sent along with email.
Show full message headers - Check this option if you want to see a message's full headers every time you open a message.
When I open a message, automatically add the sender to my Address Book. - Check this to have addresses automatically added to your address book when you open a new message.
Show thumbnails of images that are attached to email messages I receive - Check this option to view a reduced image of a graphic in the email message itself.  - Click Save to save your changes, or Cancel to cancel your changes.
Writing Messages - Click the checkboxes to toggle the following options:
Send headers while replying / forwarding - Check this option if you want to include a message's full headers every time you reply or forward a message.
Include text of original message in reply - Check this if you want to include the sender's text with your replies.
When forwarding a message, send the original message as an attachment - Check this if you want to forward original message as an attachment while sending out email messages.
Automatically save all sent messages in the Sent Folder - Check this if you want to save a copy of your sent messages in the Sent folder.
Automatically go to Spell Check before sending a message - Check this if you want the spell checker to run automatically before you send a message.
Automatically save Email addresses to my Address Book - Check this if you want all email addresses from messages you write to be added to your Address Book.
Show an alert each time I leave the Write Message page without saving the draft - Check this option to notify you when leaving the Write Message page without saving. The message you were composing will be saved in your Draft folder.
Write messages with rich text using different colors, fonts and images - Check this if you want to compose your mails with various colors, fonts and images.
When I compose email, use Auto-Complete for recipients in my Address Book - Check this option if you want the email addresses from your Address Book to be automatically filled into the To field based on the text you type in. Note: The Auto-Complete feature is available for Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Safari 1.3 or higher and Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or higher browsers only.  - Click Save to save your changes, or Cancel to cancel your changes.
Moving / Deleting Messages - Select what should happen after you move or delete a message by clicking the circle next to Go to the next message or Return to the original folder.
 - Click Save to save your changes, or Cancel to cancel your changes.
