How do I send a blind carbon copy (Bcc)?

Blind carbon copies are the same as carbon copies (Cc), except that the recipients can't see the Bcc addresses. So, if you send a message to myfriend@&emailmyname.com, and Bcc someone@emailmyname.com, both will receive your message, but myfriend@emailmyname.com won't see someone@emailmyname.com on the address list.
