Common Email Errors / Solutions

Error: You do not have any accounts configured for sending email

This error is caused if there are no email accounts set as default in your email program. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below.

For Outlook Express:

  1. Open Outlook Express.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
  1. Click once on your emailMyName email account to highlight it.
  2. Click on the Set as Default button.
  1. Click on the Close button to return to Outlook Express.

Your emailMyName account is now set as default and you will be able to send new email.
